ISI - MARKED FLUSH DOOR
Flush doors are manufactured conforming to IS 2202(Part-I) 1999.
Flush Doors are manufactured in three different grades.
- Grade I: Paintable doors.
- Grade II: One side/both side teak faced.
- Grade III: Laminated doors.
The door frames are made from selected grade of hardwood uniformly dried & sterilized in seasoning kilns as per Indian Standard Specification 1141:1991.
Permanent type preservative treatment is given, as per Indian Standard Specification ISI IS 401:1982 to make the flush door termite, fungus & other microorganisms resistant.
Cross bands are manufactured from selected grade of wood, uniformly dried to maintain moisture as per ISI IS 1141:1991. The cross bands are tenderized in special machines to make it stress free & preservative treatment is given.
Each Flush Door is provided with extra LOCK RAIL to hold the lock properly.
The lock position can be provided as per customer's requirement.
LOUVERS & VISION PANEL
Cut out for louvers & vision panels can be provided subject to getting clients drawing with positioning the requirement on request & at extra cost.
DOUBLE LEAF DOORS
Normally the flush doors are in single leaf construction; however, on request/customers requirement the door can be supplied in double leaf construction either with square or splayed type rebate at an extra cost and on receipt of clients drawing.
PAINTABLE DOORS
Painted doors are hot pressed with commercial face veneer at both side to have the flexibility to paint the door with colour of your choice.
TEAK FACED DOOR
These doors can be supplied having teak face on one side or both side to have the flexibility of one side paint & the other side polished.
LAMINATED DOORS
The flush doors can be manufactured & supplied having laminate on both side with similar design or variation at both face to have the cor of individuals choice.
LEAD DOORS
The doors are used in hospital. The lead is sandwitched between the two door and pressed under high Tempreture & pressure using specially developed glue, which can bond, both Lead and Wood.

- 1905mm x 700 mm 2005 mm x 700 mm
- 1905mm x 800 mm 2005 mm x 800 mm

DOUBLE LEAF
- 2005 mm x 1005 mm 1905mm x 1100 mm
Sizes other than above can be made as per customer's requirement.
THICKNESS: 25mm, 30 mm, 35 mm and 40 mm.
