Corbett Block Board :

ISI MARKED BLOCK BOARD

ISI marked Block Boards are manufactured in two grades

• Grade 1: Interior grade (MR & BWR Grade).
• Grade 2: Exterior grade (BWP type).

Block boards are manufactured conforming to IS 1659:1990.

The fillers (battens) are made from single hardwood species.

The core veneer is 2.5mm thick as against normally used 2mm thick by other manufacturer.

The fillers are of short length to take out the internal stresses of the wood.

After hot pressing further stress relieving treatment makes Corbett boards fully warp free .

After hot pressing & trimming further fix type preservative treatment as per IS 401:1982 makes.

The Corbett board termite & fungus resistant.

Regular testing is carried out in accordance with IS 1659:1990.

MR/BWR DECORATIVE BLOCK BOARD.

Corbett One side/both side teak face block boards are regular products.

Other decorative veneered Corbett block boards are manufactured against specific requirement/order.
